What you will learn:

  • How to cook a variety of delicious canapes on the Big Green Egg

  • An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management

  • Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire

  • The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients

  • Takeaway notes on all of the above

What you will drink / eat:

  • Welcome ‘Spiced pear cider’ or ‘Smoked old fashioned’ Christmas cocktail

  • Christmas canapes :

    • Turkey and cranberry Samosa

    • Duck and spiced pear Taco's

    • Infused halloumi and honey glazed pineapple (Vegetarian)

    • Ultimate Fig and chilli sausage rolls

    • Aubergine and chickpea falafel with tahini and yoghurt dip (Vegan)

    • Toasted cumin Hummus with pomegranate, mint and balsamic

    • Orange and chilli glazed Octopus
