Simply load your charcoal or wood, light your fire, and fine-tune the temperature using our Emberflow air vent system. With four split cooking surfaces for both direct and indirect cooking, you have complete control over the fire—and the results.

  • Typically 30 to 45 minutes. While the Fire Oven reaches ambient temperature quickly, we recommend allowing extra time for the stainless steel to fully heat and stabilize your live-fire environment. Once it’s up to temperature, the oven maintains remarkable consistency thanks to its exceptional heat retention.

  • The Fire Oven reaches 900°F and handles everything — steaks, pizza, bread, fish, vegetables, cast-iron desserts. If you can dream it, you can cook it over pure fire.

  • Very. You adjust heat by choosing one of seven cooking levels and managing airflow with our visual airflow controls. It’s intuitive — even for beginners.

  • For most owners, yes. It sears, roasts, smokes, bakes, and finishes dishes better than single-purpose appliances.

  • The Emberhaus Fire Oven measures 31.28" tall, 28.19" wide, and 23.56" deep.
    For built-in or outdoor kitchen installations, we recommend a 2" clearance on all sides. Our ideal countertop cutout dimensions are:
    7" tall × 34" wide × 25" deep. The Fire Oven has a presence, but its aesthetics are appropriate in scale for outdoor kitchens.
