OFYR - Chef Stephane Delourme Former Executive Chef at Rick Stein’s ‘The Seafood Restaurant’ in Padstow for 25 years!

  • Stephane is travelling all the way from Cornwall & will be preparing fresh seafood on the OFYR hot-plate for you to enjoy!

  • 1/2 shell Cornish Scallops

  • Fillet of Cornish Gurnard with a Salpicon Dressing

  • Smoky beef tacos with pineapple salsa and pink pickled onions.

BRAAIMASTER - Chef Bridget Colvin - Bridget has worked with many great names in the food industry from Michel Roux Jr, Jamie Oliver and Gennaro Contaldo to name a few!

  • Indian spiced slow cooked lamb/vegetable Pani Puri

    (Lightly spiced lamb shoulder cooked slowly on the Braaimaster. Pulled into bite-sized portions to fill crisp chickpea flour crisps filled with spiced chickpeas, a tamarind chutney and coriander chilli dressing)

  • Extra Vegetarian dish tbc

  • Mini summer scones with fresh strawberries and Chantilly cream

    (Classic mini scone recipe using buttermilk, cooked in indirect heat, split and served with fresh strawberries Chantilly cream)
