Menu (subject to changes depending on produce availability)
Welcome drink included (Summer TOKC Cocktail, glass of prosecco/fine wine or premium soft-drink)
Asian Mussels in lime, chilli, ginger, coconut milk, cooked in iron skillet inside our pizza oven served with fresh bread
Blackened leeks (cooked directly on coals then peeled to reveal sweet and soft interior) with Romesco (roasted pepper) sauce
Grilled whole aubergine with chorizo honey dressing (Sauce made in pan on grill; chorizo wilted with Spanish wine, honey and reduced then drizzled over aubergine)
Bavette steak, flash cooked on coals served with chipotle Adobo Pico de Galo salsa.
Stuffed whole Trout or other white fish (Grilled and baked on the Big Green Egg)
Plum (or blueberry) tarte-tatin cooked in skillet served with charcoal whipped Chantilly cream
Whole halloumi cheese in apricot jam
