learn TO COOK INCREDIBLE BBQ FOOD with Big Green 'Eggspert', chef Ross Anderson at this fun, masterclass event.

Cost: £150 per person - includes cooking class, tea/coffee, BBQ food, drinks throughout and recipes / BBQ notes

What you will learn:

  • How to cook a Festive Feast on a Big Green Egg (or kamado style BBQ)

  • An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management

  • Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire

  • The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients

  • Takeaway notes on all of the above (emailed following the event)

What you will drink / eat:

  • Welcome warming fireside seasonal TOKC cocktail / non-alcoholic alternative or tea/coffee

  • Kelly Bronze Turkey Galantine - whole boned and stuffed Kelly Bronze turkey

  • Festive Hassel back potatoes

  • Ultimate Christmas Gravy

  • Festive Greens - winter greens stir fried in the egg with pancetta and cranberry

  • Festive Calzone - The ultimate leftover calzone

    Places strictly limited to 12. Please note that we are unfortunately unable to cater for individual dietary requirements. Menu may be subject to minor changes. We require a minimum of 14 days notice of transfer to another event date or cancellation in order to re-sell the tickets. No refunds or date transfers after this date however tickets can be transferred to another name. Eventbrite fees (£8 per ticket) are non-refundable in the event of you needing to cancel.
