learn TO COOK INCREDIBLE BBQ FOOD with Big Green 'Eggspert', chef Ross Anderson at this fun, masterclass event.

Cost: £130 per person - includes cooking class, tea/coffee, BBQ food, drinks throughout and recipes / BBQ notes

What you will learn:

  • How to cook a variety of delicious meals on a Big Green Egg (or kamado style BBQ)

  • An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management

  • Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire

  • The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients

  • Takeaway notes on all of the above (emailed following the event)

What you will drink / eat:

  • Welcome seasonal TOKC cocktail

  • Alder smoked Skrei Cod Loin (Plank cooking) Smoked Tartare sauce

  • Roams 'British' BBQ Sauce

  • Pork Belly 'Burnt Ends' with a British twist, Roams 'British' BBQ Glaze

  • Jerk Style Aubergine skewers (V) mango and chilli Yoghurt dressing

  • Oyster mushroom and Squash Risotto (V) with Rocket pesto

  • Premium Beer, selected wine from our neighbours Spanish wine distributors Gonzales Byass and soft drinks
