Begin the New Year in STYLE and learn some quick, easy and healthy new dishes - cooked & tested with Big Green 'Eggspert', chef Ross Anderson at this fun, masterclass event.

Cost: £95 per person - includes a welcome cocktail, BBQ food and drinks throughout

What you will learn:

  • How to cook a variety of tasty and healthy meals on the Big Green Egg

  • An introduction to the Big Green Egg and foundation on lighting and fuel/ temperature management

  • Modes of cookery and theory behind cooking over fire

  • The importance of sourcing the right produce, cuts and ingredients

  • Takeaway notes on all of the above

What you will drink / eat:

  • Welcome TOKC Gin cocktail

  • Pearl Barley, pheasant, nduja & crayfish risotto

    • Pan cooking on the egg

  • Cajun spiced mackeral with dirty beets and coriander

    • Plank and dirty cooking

  • Smoked Aubergine with pomegranate, feta and mint

    • Direct cooking with vegetables

  • Lebanese spiced lamb flatbreads, tahini and yoghurt with burnt lemon

    • Pizza method

  • Beer, selected wine from our neighbours Gonzales Byass and soft drinks
