Join us on St George's Day with Hertfordshire Butchers N J Shallis for aN interactive butchery and sausage-making event (Includes BBQ lunch & 1 kilo TAKE-HOME SAUSAGES)

Cost: £65 per person (promotional price)

What you will learn:

  • The importance of sourcing the right produce

  • How to butcher a side of free-range Suffolk pork

  • How to make 2 types of sausages (British Pork & Italian) plus burgers (hands-on)

What you will drink / eat:

  • Tea & coffee throughout

  • Free range pork sausage (award-winning British Pork & mouth-tingling Italian) baps with accompaniments

    • Note: (the sausages you eat for lunch will be pre-made by NJ Shallis and cooked on the Big Green Egg kamado BBQ by TOKC chef)

What you will take home:

  • 1 Kilo (approx. 10-12) raw free-range sausages (made by you!)

  • Takeaway notes on all of the above (emailed following the event)

  • Option of of purchasing the burgers you made
