Enjoy a gorgeous evening in our private courtyard garden with TOKC seasonal tasting menu created by AWARD WINNING LOCAL Chef Sean CLARKE (MasterChef The Professionals.). Sean is a highly skilled private chef specializing in modern British fine dining, bringing a unique touch to every dish with his refined techniques and innovative flavours. Throughout his career, Sean has honed his culinary expertise at esteemed establishments such as The Grove Hotel, The Trooper Aldbury, and St. Michaels Manor.
